How much CE will I get?
Up to 20hrs of CE will be awarded for those who attend all of the presentations.
Where will the conference take place?
Denver Downtown Sheraton, October 7th to 10th 2021. A special room rate of $229/night has been secured for this event. Room reservation link will be provided after registration. Most people will check in on Thursday October 7 and check out on Sunday October 10 to take advantage of the full agenda.
What happens if I register a team member now and they stop working for me later?
No worries, you can easily transfer the ticket to another new team member at no cost.
How can I make hotel reservations?
Once you register, you will be given the link to reserve hotel rooms. Be sure to register now, because the room block may sell out (like it has every year).
What is the refund policy?
All sales are final. The registration is non-refundable, but fully transferable. Just send an email to support@orthopreneurs.com telling us you want to transfer the pass and CC the person you want to transfer your pass to and we'll take care of the rest.
What if the meeting doesn't take place in-person again?
While we think that's highly unlikely at this point, if we can't hold the meeting again in 2021, we'll give you a full refund!
What COVID protocols will be in place?
We will follow the State and Hotel regulations at the time of the event. More information will be provided as the Summit approaches.
Will you be enforcing a mask policy?
We will be following State/City/Hotel guidelines for masks. Please be aware of, and follow the hotel masking policy: “For fully vaccinated customers and guests, masks are optional. Consistent with CDC guidelines, unvaccinated guests and customers should wear masks.”
Do I need a vaccine to attend?
At this time, we are NOT planning on requiring attendees to have a vaccine but any health and safety related questions are subject to change.
